Displays cpu core frequencies in realtime
Allows adjustment of CPU governors
Allows adjustments of CPU Min/Max frequencies
Allows for "Set on boot" feature
> Voltage Control:
Displays current voltage per frequency
Adjusts CPU voltage

> CPU Governor Control:
(supports ondemand, conservative, interactive, intellidemand, and pegasusq governors. More to come later!)
